I am a consultant for non-profit organizations and travel periodically as a result. Much of what I do in my primary field consists of research, and report and grant writing. So, joining HubPages seemed a natural step.

I enjoy writing articles on numerous topics in which I have variegated experience and interest, and I enjoy sharing photos I've taken of people, places, and things that evoke strong emotion in me. It is my hope that my ventures engage you, too. Currently, my profile photo is of a home that was destroyed in the 2009 Indonesian earthquake: I volunteered there briefly in the recovery and rebuilidng efforts and may expound more on this in future articles.

I also maintain a couple of trade blogs which I may list here at some point in the future, if all goes well. But, in the meantime, please feel free to contact me with any questions or requests for additional information.
